Weggis (pronounced like "Vegas") is a town in Switzerland on the shores of Lake Lucerne. It is named in an old Swiss folk song.

In the Swiss dialect of German, the words are:

Vo Lucerne uf Weggis zue
Hol-diri dia hol-diri-e
Bruuch me weder strumpf no schue
Hol-diri dia, holdi-e

To go from Lucerne to Weggis, one needs neither shoes nor stockings

I have altered the original tune into 5/4 time.

The instruments portrayed are a complete clarinet choir, from Eb to BBb contrabass.
