Slip Jig Fugue
a fugue in 9/8 time

Length: 2:44 minutes
File Size: 2.566 MB

A big pipe organ

This is the first fugue I wrote, and at the time I was using a Radio Shack Color Computer 3 with a music module plugged into its side (typing in a code of letters and numbers).

This piece is obviously inspired by J.S. Bach's Fugue in G Major in 6/8 time, colloquially known as the "Jig Fugue". This one is in 9/8, like another traditional Irish dance.

The instruments portrayed are the basic electronic trinity
